Digital & Online Marketing

Professional training in the important profession of marketing, focusing on modern online and digital marketing media and channels.

More than ever today, marketers and businesspeople must ensure their businesses stay ahead of competition, and must understand how to make the best use of digital and online marketing opportunities.  The global digital marketing industry is predicted to grow at a rate of 13.9% per year from 2025 to 2030, highlighting the importance of knowledge and training in this hugely important subject.

Digital marketing is the modern practice of promoting products or services using digital channels and technologies, with strategies and actions based on data, focusing on customers, and good use of 'digital platforms'. Online marketing - alternatively called “internet marketing” - is a specific form of digital marketing which relies on the Internet to deliver “content” (marketing messages); to optimize websites and search engines; and to 'build relationships' with customers. Effective digital and online marketing helps create customer awareness and interest in a company's products, generates sales, and increases revenue and profit.
