The Programme is written and designed primarily for men and women who are already in employment; however, it is also intended for those who have studied business or management or similar fields previously, or who have work experience but no formal study or training in these areas. The Programme is aimed at men and women who want to gain theoretical and practical understanding and knowledge of management, administration, leadership, motivation, strategy and related topics.
ALSO:
(1) Anybody enrolling for this Programme before 31st December 2024 will also be enrolled FREE for a Course on Strategy, Quality & Contemporary Business Concerns; the only requirement is that you provide your personal email address to the College on enrolment.
(2) If - for reasons such as “Covid-19” (Corona virus) outbreaks and lock-downs, or war, conflict or severe travel restrictions - you cannot sit an Exam, then enrolled Members may be allowed to attempt an Assignment (home-based course work) instead of sitting an Examination.

To qualify for the Joint Awards, the studies which must be completed are exactly the same as for a CIC Honours Diploma Programme.
The Programme has been Endorsed, which means that: the Programme Aims and Objectives, the Content and Study Materials, the Delivery/Learning Methods, the Programme Staff, the Assessment Methods, and the administration of learners are all Approved - which means you can be confident in the high quality content and professional delivery of the Programme.
Fees include registration, all Study Materials and all Exams** and Assessments for the 4 core Subjects of the Programme, both Awards, and a detailed Transcript.
**An Assignment Option is available instead of an Exam for the ‘Covid-19’ (Corona) virus period.
The Programme is intended for men and women ambitious to gain skills, abilities, knowledge and competencies to enable them to achieve good posts, respect and promotions to managerial levels in any type of enterprise; private or public; industrial, trading or service-based; local, national or international.
Further high-level and specialist Study & Training is available with CIC, either in the same specialisation or in a new one, including the ABA and Baccalaureate Programmes, Executive Business Administration Programme (EBA) or the 'Double Award' EBA & BBA Bachelor degree Programme with exemptions and reduced Fee. Duration & Assessments
The Study Period is 21 months, but this is flexible. The Programme can be completed more quickly or take longer depending on personal progress.
READ MORE »An Examination/Assessment on each of the 4 Subjects of the Programme must be passed. Each Exam is attempted under Exam Conditions supervised by an Appointed Invigilator in your own area/region. Exams comprise essay questions and multi-choice questions, and are set ONLY on the content of the professional Study Materials provided as part of the Programme Fee. Full information on all aspects of Exams is provided to you when you enrol.
