Information about the different methods you can use to send your payment

1. PAY ONLINE

This is the recommended method of paying fee by credit or debit card.  You will need to click on the “Add to Basket” button on the page of the course(s) to be enrolled for, then follow the instructions given.  Payments are charged through "PayPal", which is a worldwide credit card payment processing system.

You will be informed by email by both CIC and PayPal when the payment charge is made to your card; if for any reason the College needs to verify or confirm the payment or any other details, the College Registrar will contact you.

Note that if paying by credit or debit card you should select the “British Pounds” payment option.

The Western Union ‘Global Pay for Students’ service allows you to pay your fees in your local currency (or British Pounds, US Dollars or Euros) quickly and conveniently, without delays or deductions, and at a fixed exchange rate, to CIC.

Western Union ‘Global Pay for Students’ will secure an exchange rate for you for a period of 72 hours, giving you certainty and security when it comes to the cost of your fee payment transaction to CIC.  A “Global Pay” foreign currency exchange rate quote can be received by clicking here:   CIC’s “Global Pay”   You can also complete and send all your registration details to CIC as well at the same time.

When you click on  CIC’s “Global Pay”  simply follow the instructions given. Western Union ‘Global Pay for Students’ will:

- confirm a foreign currency exchange rate for the payment you want to make,

A bank draft or International Money Order (IMO) must be made payable to Cambridge International College.  Bank drafts (sometimes called bankers drafts or bank cheques) and IMOs must be in British Pounds or US Dollars or Euros and can usually be purchased from a bank in British Pounds or US Dollars or Euros.

A bank draft or IMO in British Pounds or in Euros must be drawn on a bank in London (England).  A bank draft or IMO in US Dollars must be drawn on a bank in New York (USA) and must have a minimum value of US$200 otherwise the College is unable to accept it.   A bank draft or IMO in Euros must have a minimum value of 200 Euros otherwise the College is unable to accept it.

If you “order” a bank draft or IMO from a bank you must ensure you collect it from the bank and send it to the College yourself.

ONLY use this method if you CANNOT enrol using your credit or debit card through the CIC website (which uses a PayPal processing system).

With this method you may make a payment by American Express, Mastercard or Visa.  A Fee payment will be accepted ONLY for the Study & Training (enrolment) of the person named on the credit/debit card (that is, the credit/debit card owner).

  • a signed letter stating the card number and expiry date, and which also states his/her name, email address and postal address, and which authorises a stated sum of money to be paid, and
  • a clear photocopy of the front and reverse of the signed credit/debit card (the credit/debit card MUST be signed on the strip on the back of the card.)

After you have been authorised by the College to send a payment by MoneyGram to a specified “receiver”, and after you have then made the MoneyGram transfer, you will need to scan and email, or post or fax the MoneyGram receipt to the College in Britain, stating clearly the 8-digit MoneyGram Transfer Number and stating clearly the “sender name” exactly as it is stated on the receipt.  The MoneyGram will then usually take between 2 and 10 days to be collected and processed.
