| ‘Approved Invigilation’ means that you will sit your CIC Examination under ‘true examination conditions’ supervised by an Invigilator (or Monitor/Proctor) approved by the College in your local area - wherever you are resident at the time you are ready to sit the Examination.
You will NOT have to come to the College premises in Jersey, Britain, to sit the Examination, nor will you need to travel far from where you live. You will be allowed to sit the Examination on ANY day and date to suit YOUR convenience and that of your Invigilator.
Arrangements for Examinations can only be made:
(1) once you are an enrolled Member of the College; and
(2) when you have made sufficient progress in your Study and Training.
A CIC Study & Training Guide is provided to each Member who enrols with the College; it gives excellent, professional step-by-step guidance on how to prepare for Examinations and to achieve good results.
CIC has special arrangements with organizations worldwide, such as National Examinations Boards, Government Ministries and Education Departments, The British Council, WAEC, and Approved Centres and Invigilators, so CIC Members can sit their Examinations under Invigilation. The College will advise you fully about Invigilation as soon as you are an enrolled Member.
As soon as you have completed the thorough study of a Course or Program or Programme, individual arrangements can be made for your Examination to be held; in most countries there are no fixed Examination Dates or Centres, so you can sit on the date and at the place which suits your convenience and the convenience of the appointed Invigilator.
Every months hundreds of CIC Members sit CIC Examinations in accordance with CIC’s rules and regulations, with confidence and without any problems, and go on to gain excellent results. CIC’s Examination procedures are approved and accredited by the appropriate bodies, and details are provided to you when you enrol with CIC.
Examination Results: You will be able to view your Examination Result(s), Grade(s) and despatch dates of Diploma(s) on CIC’s special Members Services website: www.cambridgeinternationalcollege.co.uk very soon after your Examination paper(s) have been assessed.
