Information about the different methods you can use to send your payment

1. PAY ONLINE

This is the recommended method of paying fee by credit or debit card.  You will need to click on the “Add to Basket” button on the page of the course(s) to be enrolled for, then follow the instructions given.  Payments are charged through "PayPal", which is a worldwide credit card payment processing system.

You will be informed by email by both CIC and PayPal when the payment charge is made to your card; if for any reason the College needs to verify or confirm the payment or any other details, the College Registrar will contact you.

Note that if paying by credit or debit card you should select the “British Pounds” payment option.

2. PAY ANOTHER WAY

To send your fee payment to the College by bank telegraphic transfer or through an on-line bank account, the payment should be sent to:

Account Name: Services to Management (for Cambridge International College)

Bank: HSBC Bank plc

Bank address: Jersey St Helier Branch, Britain

for transfers in British Pounds (£) send to

Account Number: 32144670

Sort Code: 402534

SWIFT/BIC Code: MIDLGB22

IBAN: GB35 MIDL 4025 3432 1446 70

for transfers in US Dollars (US$) send to

Account Number: 68294583

Sort Code: 400515

Swift/BIC Code: MIDLGB22

IBAN: GB59 MIDL 4005 1568 2945 83

for transfers in Euros (€) send to:

Account Number: 68343364

Sort Code: 400515

Swift/BIC Code: MIDLGB22

IBAN: GB38 MIDL 4005 1568 3433 64

You should also scan and email, or post, the bank receipt to the College in Britain.

Note, we can “credit” you only with the sum actually received, so ensure you pay all bank transfer charges and add £20 or US$40 or €30 to the Fee amount to cover the bank charges of intermediary banks.

NOTE: the details abov are exactly the same for if you want to make an ON-LINE bank transfer to the College.

To transfer your fee payment to CIC in Britain you can pay your Western Union Agent in British Pounds (£), US Dollars (US$), Euros (€) or your local currency, and CIC will be able to receive your payment in British Pounds, US Dollars or Euros.

Your Western Union “Quick Pay” payment should be sent to:

Account Name: CAMBRIDGE COLLEGE

Code City: SMCOLLEGE2 UK

Account No: AUK040707

After you have made a Western Union “Quick Pay” transfer you should also scan and email, or post  the Western Union receipt to the College in Britain, stating clearly the 10-digit Western Union Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) exactly as it is stated on the receipt.

Use this method if you cannot enrol using your credit or debit card through the CIC website (which uses a PayPal processing system).   There are two methods:

Either: you and/or the cardholder must send to the College by post or email:

(i) a letter signed by the cardholder stating the card number and expiry date and his/her name and contact address, which authorises a stated sum of money to be paid and the purpose of the payment, and

(ii) a photocopy of the front and back of the signed credit or debit card itself (this is required as proof of authorisation/permission to charge a payment to the card); the credit/debit card MUST be signed on the strip on the back of the card.

With this method you may make a payment by Mastercard or Visa.  A Fee payment will be accepted ONLY for the Study & Training (enrolment) of the person named on the credit/debit card (that is, the credit/debit card owner) unless the signed letter gives the required permission.

The signed letter, copies of the card, and an Enrolment/Registration Form or registration details can be scanned and attached to an email addressed to: registrar@cambridgetraining.com OR the items can be posted to the College Headquarters at: Cambridge International College, Attique House, St. Brelade, Jersey, JE3 8FP, Britain.

Note, all Fee payments will be charged in British Pounds.

You will be informed by email or post when the payment charge is made to your card; if for any reason the College needs to verify or confirm the payment or any other details, the College Registrar will contact you.

OR: the College can send you by email a secure payment link through which you can make a payment using your credit or debit card.

To pay your Fee through the PayPal payment system you will need to click on the “Add to Basket” button on the “Sign Up To This Course” page(s) of the course to be enrolled for, then follow the PayPal instructions given.

PayPal allows you to send your payment to CIC using your debit card, your credit card, a bank payment or your PayPal account (if you do not have a PayPal account, you can quickly set one up - see below). PayPal offers a simple and convenient method of sending your Fee to CIC through the PayPal website quickly with just an email address and password, or mobile number and PIN.  To learn how to open a PayPal account (if you do not already have one) click here.

You will be informed by email or post when the payment is received by the College; if for any reason the College needs to verify or confirm the payment or any other details, the College Registrar will contact you.

Note that if paying by PayPal you should select the “British Pounds” payment option.

To transfer your fee payment to CIC in Britain you can pay your Dahabshiil Agent in British Pounds (£), US Dollars (US$), Euros (€) or your local currency, and CIC will be able to receive your payment in British Pounds, US Dollars or Euros.

If there is any other section on the Dahabshiil transfer form, then write: “Cambridge International College”.

If you wish to send a payment by WESTERN UNION ‘Will Call’ service you must first contact the College.

SO DO NOT SEND A ‘WILL CALL’ PAYMENT WITHOUT FIRST BEING GIVEN PERMISSION BY THE COLLEGE AND BEING TOLD THE NAME OF THE PERSON TO WHOM YOU CAN ADDRESS THE PAYMENT.

Transfers being sent by Will Call must be between GB£150 and GB£500 (no more, no less); if a fee payment is being made for an EBA Programme for example, two or more separate Will Call payments would need to be made, one at a time.

Wherever possible, please use the Western Union "Quick Pay" system.

If the ONLY payment option you have is Western Union 'Will Call', and IF the College allows you to make a payment by Western Union 'Will Call', then after you have been authorised by the College to send a payment by MoneyGram to a specified “receiver” and after you have then made the Western Union 'Will Call transfer, you 10-digit Western Union 'Will Call Transfer Number and stating clearly the “sender name” exactly as it is stated on the receipt.  The Western Union 'Will Call' transfer will then usually take between 2 and 30 days to be collected and processed.

CIC can accept Fee payment paid in currency notes in United States Dollars (US$), British Pounds (£) or Euros (€).

Please be aware of the risks of sending currency notes through the post, and therefore if you are sending currency notes the packet should be carefully sealed and we advise that it should be sent by recorded/registered delivery or by courier delivery, to the College Headquarters at: Cambridge International College, Attique House, St. Brelade, Jersey, JE3 8FP, Britain.

To transfer your fee payment to CIC in Britain you can pay your MoneyGram Agent in British Pounds (£), US Dollars (US$), Euros (€) or your local currency, and CIC will be able to receive your payment in British Pounds, US Dollars or Euros.

If you wish to send a payment by MoneyGram you must first contact the College.  The College will tell you the name of the person to whom you should address the MoneyGram payment.

DO NOT SEND A MONEYGRAM PAYMENT WITHOUT FIRST BEING GIVEN PERMISSION BY THE COLLEGE AND BEING TOLD THE NAME OF THE PERSON TO WHOM YOU CAN ADDRESS THE PAYMENT.

After you have been authorised by the College to send a payment by MoneyGram to a specified “receiver”, and after you have then made the MoneyGram transfer, you will need to scan and email, or post or fax the MoneyGram receipt to the College in Britain, stating clearly the 8-digit MoneyGram Transfer Number and stating clearly the “sender name” exactly as it is stated on the receipt.  The MoneyGram will then usually take between 2 and 10 days to be collected and processed.

A bank draft or International Money Order (IMO) must be made payable to Cambridge International College.  Bank drafts (sometimes called bankers drafts or bank cheques) and IMOs must be in British Pounds only, and must be drawn on a bank in London (England).

If you “order” a bank draft or IMO from a bank you must ensure you collect it from the bank and send it to the College yourself.

If you have, or if you can open a Revolut (online banking) account – see here:
https://www.revolut.com

which is so quick and easy to do - then payments made be sent immediately in almost any currency to the College's Revoult account.

You may contact the College directly for details of the College Revoult account if you choose to use this quick and easy method.

If you have relatives, friends or sponsors ‘overseas’, or if your employer or organisation (in your own country or from ‘overseas’) is going to make a fee payment on your behalf to CIC, then send them your completed Enrolment Form to forward to the College in Jersey, Britain, with the Fee for your Study & Training.

You or they will need to provide full details of the payment - the amount paid, the date paid, and how sent - to CIC.  Ensure all details and any payment receipts are scanned and emailed, or posted, to the College with your completed Enrolment Form, to the College Headquarters at: Cambridge International College, Attique House, St. Brelade, Jersey, JE3 8FP, Britain or to email: registrar@cambridgetraining.com

Note, the College will not be able to provide, find or suggest sponsors for you.
