Both during and after completing CIC Studies and Training, Members are welcome to consult CIC’s team of experienced Study and Training Consultants for advice on which CIC Courses, Programs or Programmes could best further and improve their career prospects and advancement.
However, the initial advice is simple:-
* Select a Study Level you feel comfortable with; for most people this will be CIC’s expertly produced, popular and very successful ‘Career Development’ Diploma Programs - and from which Members may progress onwards to higher study & training, with confidence.
* Select a Subject Category which will benefit or help improve, or is related in some way to, your current career, or which may be appropriate for the career you wish to follow now or at a later stage; or choose a subject which will add useful skills and knowledge to your abilities; or which you simply find interesting.

A summary guide is given below:
CAREER FOUNDATION CERTIFICATE COURSES: CIC offers introductory Courses designed and written especially for ‘beginners’ in a field of Study, and for those with only a little practical or theoretical knowledge.
CAREER DEVELOPMENT ‘PREMIER’ DIPLOMA PROGRAMS: CIC offers a range of comprehensive Programs prepared and written especially for rapid career enhancement and development. They also provide for progression to Honours Diplomas, BA Programmes and Mastery Diplomas.
CAREER PROGRESS DIPLOMA PROGRAMS: CIC offers a range Programs to supplement its excellent “Premier” Programs, providing knowledge and training for career progress, advancement and success. They also provide for progression to CIC Honours Diplomas, BA Programmes and Mastery Diplomas.
HONOURS ‘GROUP’ DIPLOMA PROGRAMMES: CIC offers specially selected “groups” of Programmes, each requiring the completion of four ‘Qualifying’ CIC Diploma Programs. They assist progression to CIC BA Programmes, Mastery Diplomas and even MBA Programmes.
BACCALAUREATE (BA) PROGRAMMES: CIC offers a range of 'two-Study Year’ BA Programmes, each involving the study of eight Core Subjects. They also provide for specialisation with CIC Mastery Diplomas and progression to CIC MBA Programmes.
‘MASTERY OF MANAGEMENT’ DIPLOMA PROGRAMS are specialist subjects for higher level management development. If Members have gained a CIC Honours Diploma or BA or equivalent, they may study any one or more of the Programs.
ADVANCED MASTERY OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (AMBA) PROGRAMME: CIC offers a structured, three ‘Study Year’ AMBA Programme, which involves the study of twelve Core Subjects plus a Project. Members may join the AMBA Programme if they have gained a CIC Honours Diploma or BA or equivalent, and have a choice of Third “Study Year” specialisation. |
