| Always give FULL information in each email you send, including your NAME and postal address, and - if you are a Member of the College - ALWAYS state your Membership Number.
CIC receives between 1,000 and 1,200 emails every week, so always clearly EXPLAIN the purpose of your email and what you would like CIC to do or to send you.
If you are replying to an email, use the “Reply to Sender” option so that your email shows what previous emails said; that saves CIC staff having to check in records or files, and so you will get a speedier response.
CIC has several email addresses; for example, there is a CIC email address for: general College information; registration details from the Registrar; for payments by Western Union transfer; and so on. However, if in doubt, send your email to: learn@cambridgetraining.com Do NOT ‘copy’ your email to more than one CIC email address.
Be patient! As stated, CIC receives between 1,000 and 1,200 emails every week; some can be answered very quickly and information can be emailed straight back to you, often as a pdf attachment, but other emails need time to answer. Note, the College is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and on standard British holidays.
